To SI-Alydaar members: NJ Investors spoke with TM and others about the communication process. Consequently, we have established initial contact with Mr. Gruder's assistant, who said, "what a great idea" and will discuss the idea of a direct line of communication with a limited number of SI-Alydaar Investors. The assistant suggest an e-mail directed to them to outline a process and protocol for consideration. Here is the e-mail. Pursuant to our conversation, we understand that Alydaar downloads SI's board. Further, investors need timely information and offer Alydaar access to expertise (and external opinions) at very low cost. We would like to create a direct communication process that enables this form of communication. We understand the need to limit proprietary information and specifics on strategic details. At the same time, we would like to create a positive and productive environment where information is exchanged in a public forum. Currently, a list of questions developed by the investors is awaiting a communication process. With a few representative with access to the direct link, we could facilitate information sharing. As a consideration, we would also police ourselves to limit the nature of the questions that are deemed appropriate. An additional vehicle to support information exchange could be a conference call each quarter. This would help in limiting questions and focus the communication process. Please assist us in supporting Alydaar with a meaningful communication process. We, the consortium understand the industry, the nature of the business, technologies issues, strategy development, communication, etc. Our desire is to be a TEAM and assist Mr. Gruder and his Team in increasing shareholders value. Respectfully, NJ Investors Let's give Alydaar a chance to reflect and respond. Your comments are welcomed on how to improve the approach, process, and information exchange arena.
