Bobby, I am so bullish on Gold you have no idea. I've been accumulating a lot of shares of HM. My reasons:

1) LTCM will be the first in a series of hedge fund failures. Gold will represent a new vehicle of investment.
2) the XAU successfully retested and recaptured its long term triple bottom.
3) Major Bearish forecasts for gold mining shares. In point of fact, the precious metals are dirt cheap here.
4)substantial insider buying by the big boys of the gold mining companies.
5)the recent rally from XAU 47 to 87 was on very heavy volume from all-time depressed levels.

I think we are in a short term period of consolidation and retracement. Perhaps the XAU gets down to 68 and/or 63.5. But then I see a second major leg up.

Personally, I think the stock market is way over-valued by any standard.
We need to be patient here. Gold is going to sky rocket in 1999.

Hi bobby beara,

Looks like the recent spate of posts just postponed the BK.

Sorry . . .
