Hi OJ--the semis have been incredibly strong and I suspect that they have bottomed. However, I get the impression that you think that this rally is a temporary thing and that the sector is still in bad shape. Could you clarify this for me -- do you still think that the semis are headed for turbulent times?? >>ah hmmm cold???? TT ever hear of St Maarten.....??? they do have phones there....i'll be there in Feb.....<ggggggg>............ << Its been a beautiful weekend here -- the weather has been gorgeous and the fall colors are spectacular. St Maarten is very nice -- been there and several of the other islands. I love to travel and visit new places; this is the first year in a while that I have not taken a trip abroad and that was because of the relocation which screwed things up. Generally, I go on vacation in the summer and during the Christmas break -- February would not work out for me. I was checking on New Year's eve cruises for next year -- thought that it would be nice to celebrate the advent of the new millenium on a cruise ship -- and I am finding that most of the interesting/exotic cruises are already fully booked -- that is rather amazing or may be it's not. I was told by someone that I should do something about this real early and I figured that 15 months before the event would be plenty -- but apparently, I was wrong. Hope that you had a good weekend
