To all: There have been some problems at the discount brokerages getting the dissident proxies forwarded. A couple of pointers: It IS their legal responsibility to forward the proxies to Montreal Trust. They CAN fax your proxy to MT. Also,you can fax your proxy to your broker. You do not have to mail in the original. Don't let them tell you differently. If you get the runaround, ask to speak to a supervisor. The general rep you will get on the phone likely won't have a clue as to how to handle forwarding a proxy. They can also verify all of this by calling Mel Machado at Montreal Trust. The fax number at MT is on the last page of the proxy. Veritas

This news is too late and not believable. I'd have to check each word of the document to make sure Rene doesn't have a clause in there for an extra Million $ for himself, and I just don't have time to check! Please tell Rene that I spoke with Dear Abby and she said that my feelings on the subject of Rene being a thief were not without warrant. She explained that he must be an ASS to expect people to believe he is anything but inept at bringing TTRIF to the next level. Ms. Abby stated that Rene is a text book example of a CONTROL FREAK! He has been manipulative and intimidating to his employees and share holders and needs to be SLAPPED! Ms. Abby also reiterated that my feelings on the subject of the dissident proxy should be followed. So please tell Rene that I am voting in favor of the dissident proxy and that I hope he ends up in the hydro-pulper some day! Nick Acquaviva
