Yesterday I said that I think the small caps will out perform the market for the next little while and that there is now time time to research them so that we can be positioned in the right ones when the time comes. Here is the link to an article I wrote today where I went over the conditions more explicitly. The one point that I did not emphasize in it enough, was that going forward, revenue growth will be more important than earnings growth. I also identified 3Dfx as the only company I know that meets all the conditions, though I wish it had a bigger market cap (actually, VRC is another one, but for very different reasons than TDFX. I bought it more than a week ago). Feel free to use this article to as an answer to the bears. Also, I appreciate it if you can contribute to AoI by discussing companies that meet the mentioned requirements. Speaking of hunting grounds, my palm pilot just posted a reminder for me (I put it there about 14 months ago) to start looking at semiconductor capital equipment makers. Judging by their recent moves, perhaps I should have been reminded a few weeks sooner. But I think there may be a lot of up side left, though I have not researched this yet. Here is the link to AoI article. Message 6136963

P.S. Stuart I will have an answer for you by Monday or Tuesday.
