Sure, I understand delays. That sounds like a perfectly plausible excuse too. But well managed companies, however, get their reputation for being well managed by "managing" around these normal events and meeting their schedules. I just would note that there seems to me to be an awfully long string of excuses surrounding this company, announcements that have not been followed through on and little that has actually been accomplished. And before PRWT has yet to see results from anything, another whole area of business is being announced. All the while operating behind a screen of unfiled financial statements. JMO.
