I picked up on 2 points in the positive determination statement. 1. Objectors have 90 days from October 23, 98 to file an appeal to the positive determination. Only after that date, and if no appeals are filed, will the positive determination become final. So we are not finished yet. 2. The Gun Lake Band's historical community is in Bradley in Allegan County, Michigan but the band has been allegedly seeking trust land in the Detroit, Michigan, area. Interesting.
