Thanks Gary. My other dumb question is: If the shares are reduced and the earnings stay the same, would not the EPS move up. And wouldn't a higher EPS tend to move the stock price up?

Correction.

Upon reflection, I realize that I may be mistaken about the increase in shares outstanding due to employee stock options. This statement was made in either the XYLN or PAIR conference calls, but I can't recall which. I've been listening to too many lately. Sorry for the confusion and possible error.
