Gordon..you said "I have found out that PANAMERICAN is actually a spinoff of executive mortgages of New York."...How did you find that out?...Any documentation?..I don't doubt you, but I think you would be doing a service for fellow shareholders if you could give us something concrete on this. I know it would put a lot of us at ease if we knew PRWT has a "real" relationship with an established company. Thanks in advance.

"We already knew about the Executive Mortgages link (reverse phone lookup)." Not knowing the above was a known fact, last Sunday I also did a reverse phone lookup. I found that the number listed for Investor Relations in the 10/17/98 update - 516 232 2221 - not only could be traced back to Executive Mortgage Inc., but also to Community Home Mortgage. While both are listed at 300 Wheeler Road, Hauppauge, NY, the listing for Community Home Mortgage also gives the same Suite # - 108. I called the number and got a recording (it was Sunday) which answered "PanAm." Because I found other listings for Executive Mortgage Ltd as opposed to Inc., I sent an EMail to the main office of the Ltd's. Gordon, if that is true, one might wonder if misleading time frames about PR's was ment to frustrate investors to sell, so they could buy cheap. I had always thought that the price was manipulated so PRWT could get more potential appreciated return on their stock for aquisitions. If that makes sense? Companies who take PRWT shares for their business get a hell of a lot more bang per share when price starts to increase. Whatever the reason, seems we have a gold mine here. Monday I'm going to have to add another mill I think.

Gordon; That's a great piece of information. As I have said in the past. When I met personally with JOHN, He was very relaxed, But excited in our discussions regarding the company. He knows what he is sitting on, and he knows it's potential!! But he's not about to see his baby dragged through the streets without having the solid information and placements in his hand first. The DD has been and continues to be of the up most. I continue to watch and research from the side lines. And I have decided to steer clear of the bashers. As I see their soul purpose is to discredit those of us who work so hard in our fact finding. But if called upon, I will be here for you. The Silver Fox.
