Gabor, do you know when the proxy's are due to show up for shareholders who have stock in Street Name or at home ? What date is the Shareholder Meeting ? I wonder how SWIB is going to vote their 890,000 shares. I am sure they won't tell me if I ask them...despite my support for them in their Crusade against Shiva re-pricing Options. What a comedy of errors this Company has portrayed over the last 2 1/2 years. What should we expect ? Zucco is quoted time and again that he doesn't want to work for a big company again !! WHAT MADE THESE GUYS PANIC ??? The PR keeps coming out about their VPN push, though...Like NOTHING even happened. WHY SELL-OUT NOW, when you are are starting to hit on all cylinders ? It's The ODDEST thing I have ever seen !! They turned down 19 and then they turned down 10...Because Zucco wanted to Hang with His Plan, The plan kicks off and they BAIL??? What am I MISSING HERE ??
