Would a Buffetologist short BRKa?

Let's see, they own KO, G and other way over-valued stocks. They sell at 2x those valuations.

i have no idea if the above facts are correct

What is a good Buffettology definition of franchise. In all seriousness I'd like to know. You suggest Yahoo has a franchise but Dell Computer does not. I thnk that Coke and Gillette are franchises but any auto stock is not, since they are all interchangeable. (except for a Ferrari, which may be a franchise?)
So what's a good working definition of franchise? Evidently just having a barrier to entry is not enough (ie.,Dell) Is Tootsie Roll a franchise? Is RC Cola? Is the Washington Post a franchise but not Dow Jones?

I get the point James. You're not crazy about yhoo at these levels. Neither am I. Let me try this one on you (or anyone): Sherwin Williams (SHW). Anybody ever looked at it?
