Name a few companies that have 0 earnings, negative growth
and a P/E of 45.

Here is a list of companies I follow (just follow, not necessarily invest in). I could not find any with the above criteria.
CSCO DELL CPQ YHOO INTC MSFT SNPS NSCP IFMX
SYBS AMZN SMOD AMAT ORCL PSFT SAP SEEK SUNW DIS CA
And if you are talking about the internet stocks - they have
huge growth rates - so we should not even talk about them - not
that I think they are all not overvalued.
