Credibility, yes. Keep in mind that Lipangue is only 80% MDIN currently. I believe your JV numbers are high. The property value maybe in the billions. It would be silly of MDIN to give away 60% of it at this point for a few drill holes. On the other hand, the Majors know that MDIN is hurting for money so they probably are playing tough guy in bargining.

I guess the best course for MDIN(not necessairly the best for share holders short term) would be take out a loan so they can drill a few holes. If the results are great, sell shares to raise capital assuming share prices go up on the results. Complete the drill program. Now that the size of the deposit is completely defined, then think about joint venture.

In any case, the stock price will raise dramatically for MDIN on any joint venture. Lets hopt it happens soon. Love to be able to buy lots of christmas presents this year!

How can they do a jv.? There going to buy back stock this year and you need
your cash to do that not worry about the lack of cash. Just look back to
the Spring when cash was not the issue.... hmmmm.....I wonder where the
yellow went when I brushed,,,,,,or was it I wonder where the green money
went????????????????

Were talking about $500,000 in the spring, 8,000,000 shares avg .10 cents
= $800,000 and the shares pre the Pfrd, Issue of some 6,000,000 avg .20 cents
= $1.2 million What is this JSpeak???? da, help I'm lost... This was not
a little penney deal at those numbers.......IMVHO.....
