Dear Darrell, thanks for your insightful posting. A couple of thoughts
still linger.

It seems that CMND will at least meet the earnings estimates based on the fact they have not preannounced an earnings shortfall/negative news like they did the prior 2 quarters ( in which estimates were not made ). If they do not make estimates and have not preannounced, this breaks their pattern of acting in a self-protection mode from further shareholder legal action. This is just an assumption but who knows?

Also, since current estimates have been previously revised downward, do you think that's a factor for increasing the chances for CMND exceeding estimates for the 3rd quarter?

Your further comments would be greatly appreciated.

Jeff

Darrell - Glad you are back. The margins for a service company can grow. By switching to project based model, CMND set up for better margins and growth. It was way above the head of Cowen's analysts. Let us see if CMND can deliver it this qtr. Ram
