(NewsTraders) -- PeopleSoft Corp. (PSFT) Chief Technology Officer Kenneth Morris revealed his intention to sell 125,000 shares worth $2.4 million, according to a Form 144 released late Monday by the SEC.

Morris owned 2,254,491 shares directly and 77,155 shares indirectly as of 8/31/98.
