Everybody: Do not underestimate the importance of the U.S. West infrastructure announcement. As QC's first direct contract with a major U.S. regional bell operating company, this takes the company into the "big leagues" as an infrastructure vendor. QC has previously served the domestic market principally through its Nortel venture, more or less as a sub-contract hardware vendor. However, the company is the prime contractor for the USW deal and this speaks volumes about QC's technical AND systems integration capabilities. Best regards, Gregg P.S.
