Has mary ever issued a negative report on any stock? Probably not. This is the crux of the scam- the underwriters are often the brokerages which issue recommendations. If they issue a "sell" report, then they are blackballed from the IPO market.

Im not saying to stay from eBay. That was just the reason I didn't buy it back. It was not a good decision, but I would have sold other Internet stocks to do it.
