that's part of the problem, but because we are financed by foreigners... we don't have the luxury of lowering S-T rates forever because it would actually cause L-T rates to rise as foreigners sold our bonds.

Also note that the spreads on corproates and treasuries have not narrowed... prognosis... the Fed failed to reinflate the bubble. Now comes the pop part.

Nice topping action in the DOW today. It could be close to finishing.
