on another note: Can someone give me a good reason why this company is already public? I've seen many a public company without earnings, although even this is a fairly recent phenomena. However, this could be my first run in with a public company with no sales. Why didn't they chose to stay private until they had grown the business a bit more??? I would think that the payoff would have been much better for them if they had? just curious Enam

RELAX Enam I was simply trying to make a point to Walter,that some people may not agree with him.On one hand he is asking my opinion The next minute he his giving me my opinion,similar to what my wife does.(thats a joke Enam).As it so happens I tend to agree with what Walter says.Having said that,When I read the release I do not see any where that jaws states that they have exclusive rights or any type of deal with 3 com.They simply say that they see a certain market and they are going to try to take advantage of it.I also happen to agree with Barrie that if it is a profit that Walter is waiting for he may have to wait a long time.In terms of investing Enam I do just Fine thank you,I tend to do my homework and have talked to the people at jaws on many occasion,and I feel quite confident in my investment in jaws. regards j.oil
