Looks to me like the facts speak for themselves in this regard. As you know they are free to file 8-K's or their 10-QSB's at any time. That 45 day limit is not a waiting period after all.

On June 30th someone at the company was telling an investor that the books would be closing for the quarter and there was subsequent speculation that financial statements would be due by August 15th. But that came and went without any correction from the company until there was to be a shareholder meeting of the "old" PRWT on Sept 19th, when it was then discovered that the transaction of the reverse merger was laughably not yet complete. But of course the current quarter would now close September 30th.

Now you have a report of George Krivine waffling about whether these announced acquisitions may be reported even now. Try and tell me with a straight face now, that this is not avoidance. Right. I await yet another company announced date to come and go.

If all of this is negative, you are addressing the wrong person. I suggest that you give John Schmitz a call. I expect that he has a fresh excuse all ready.
