Hello everybody, it looks like Belize may be in Mitch's path! I hope everyone in Belize is ready. And Giovanni may want to batten down the hatches in Ridge Lagoon Estates. As of 5:00 PM. EST Mitch was packing speeds of 180 MPH! The 72-hour forecast shows Mitch moving more toward the north, putting the eye of the hurricane off the east coast of Belize and north of Honduras. If Mitch follows this track, NHC forecasters expect that in 72 hours the hurricane will be about 325 miles southwest of Havana, Cuba, and 500 southwest of Miami.
