Hi Cliff (I remember you from our MTEI days)

I e-mailed Brad my tracert - he says he's had complaints from other @Home Canadian users and I guess he's asking his tech guys if anything can be done or "is this an unavoidable Sprint backbone problem"? I sure don't like the word "unavoidable" in there!

What I don't understand is that when I had a telephone based ISP (I had 2 different ones), I didn't have this problem. It wasn't as fast as when my cable modem was ripping, but it was never as slow as 15-30 seconds on average to load a page. I'm sure this is a dumb question, but what route were they taking and why can't @home do the same? I'm still in the same physical location but obviously that doesn't matter.

BTW Cliff, I read your MTEI saga from time to time - a great piece of work.
