Hi,
I read somewhere that if you buy 5 stocks one will be a shooting star, one will be a dud and three will be be duds and just sit there.
Just some thoughts

Jack,

You are unlikely to get rich owning a diversified portfolio, but then again you are also unlikely to go broke. It depends on you mindset and size of your wallet and the stock or stocks you have selected. The one thing I think is laughable is the person that creates a portfolio of 10-15 mutual funds. That is taking diversification to the extreme.

A few more random thoughts.
