Chip, regarding the Unreal data.....I KNEW IT!!! The original post from Epic was that DX6 was as efficient to write to as glide- both about 1600 lines. Now the truth is out: double it! Of course this wouldn't be a problem if they didn't have to worry about bugs, and workarounds for cards which don't support all features....DUH!!

I was a little surprised when the original post came out, but this latest makes me feel a little better. I knew MSFT couldn't have devised such an ingenious API that could support such a broad range of hardware so easily....

Mr. Chip, I believe you left out an important point in your CGW mag analysis (going from memory here). In a STRONG showing of loyalty (and fact :) CREAF, in their comparison/price advertisement, rates TNT as a "good choice" while Banhsee is an optimal choice! CREAF is suggesting Banshee and V2 over TNT for games! Yay CREAF. Think I'll pick up some more CREAF tomorrow as a thanks (and in hopes of good earnings).

PS. My STBI has brought in some nice gains since last week. Still, I've been banging my head about the 8 buck stop thing...

You may want to check out the last few post on The Art of Investing thread. The topic is what to buy and how. I've been recommending TDFX as a good buy there. My latest post on the topic was just a few minutes ago, but read it when you have time. It is long.
