The reason for the runup as of late?

Simple. Comdex and 4thQ sales Hype. Just look at IOM's chart for the last couple of years. This time of year leading up to about Dec. 1 is always involved in a price runup. But after Dec.1, look out below.

I am taking advantage of this phenomenon right now. We should see IOM's highest price sometime during the Comdex Hype. But reality will once again intrude into Iomega's stock price. It's actually kind of cruel how that seems to happen.

I'm out. Never thought I'd make money here again on the long side. Will be watching for more substantive news.

IOM Volume heading down again. IOM stock price with it.

I don't need this right now. COME ON IOMEGA! Let's get that Hype Mill rolling! Comdex is only a few short weeks away! We need $6+ so I can unload my long position onto the Suckers who are sure to be buying in based on more Iomega fluff "News."

This IOM pricing action the past couple of days should serve as a warning as to what will happen to IOM's stock price after the Comdex hooplah has died away. There is just no basic support for this stock.
