I am going on a cruise l Nov. First port of call--Belize then Cozumel. If the cruise still is scheduled to anchor at Belize, will give you an update on the area when I return. Given the constraints of time there, I doubt that I will be able to view "our" property. Weather Channel has hurricane about 210 mi east of Belize City
