Blake,

I imagine BB has pulled into a secluded cove and is waiting for the Royal Navy to pass.

Brazil teetering :

1.US bank stocks with Latin American exposure way down,
2.capital flight continues unabated, ignoring attempts by Fed/treasury/IMF to build a firewall around Latin America
3. government vigorously denying devaluation rumors
4. government politically unable to cut deficit spending, as they know this will cause a recession

I think this will be the proximate excuse for the market to fall off the right shoulder. I don't expect dow 7500 to hold.

lots of us short-term bears out here. Even Justa is dabbling in puts, although he hates to be called a bear.
