All: Unterburg doesn't waste any time do they?

Started LOR at "Buy" 10/22, though I understand this was reinitiation of coverage.

Upped to "Strong buy" today. No other details.

FWIW.

Brian:

God help LOR if the next president is Republican. When
you are in the defense business, it helps not to be
identified too strongly with one of the two parties, since
you need access to both sides.

As much of a legend as he may be, I view Bernie Schwartz
as an unmitigated disaster as LOR CEO during the last year.
Most of LOR satellites have been delayed and/or are to be
launched on unproven rockets. The man has become totally
reckless, both on the business execution side and in his
political affiliations. When it comes to Bill Clinton,
or Chinese and Russian politicians, if you find a crooked
politician, you will find Bernie Schwartz shaking his/her
hand.

Best regards,

Bernard Levy
