I agree with you 100%!! I never said nor implied that the weakness is caused by a sign of certainty that MSFT can't beat DOJ. In fact, as long as the DOJ is dealing with MSFT - anything can happen (MSFT has gotten away with wrist slaps before).

What I said or meant to imply is that the slump in MSFT stock price is a sign that investors are not sure of the outcome and if anything are giving the edge to the DOJ. Its almost like a trial poll. The investors vote with their investment action. If MSFT was clearly winning in this trial and the DOJ has little evidence to stand on then the stock would very likely be nearing its 52-week high.

Toy
