ttf, You are putting way too much emphasis on y2k and Siebel. This is not a back office product, this is a product with a proven ability to increase the bottom line. You cannot forget that piece of the equation. Back Office can be delayed because Co's can use their existing systems but to delay Front Office solutions is to delay increasing productivity, not a very smart move in this competitive environment. The purchasing of this system is not dependent on y2k budget constraints. VP's have #'s to make regardless of y2k and will do everything in their power to achieve those #'s. Regards John
