I poked the cigar in a moment of weakness!

From WSJ (re email from Clark to Microsoft):

Netscape's counsel, Christine Varney, told reporters that Mr. Clark wrote the memo in "a moment of weakness ... the company was out of money, it was the end of the year, the product hadn't shipped, and it was three o'clock in the morning."

Len,

I read this one somewhere and it was the best
excuse a broker could have when he has blown
his client's account:

Client: "What happened to my $270,000 dollars?"

Broker: "Somebody else has it now..."

ps That was a true story!
