Thanks Greg. My comments still hold. There is NOTHING there that could not have been stated with more confidence and accuracy next Week if warranted. The timing here is highly suspect, IMO.

We are looking for EPS of $0.12 on $57 million revenues. >> This caught my eye. I dug out my spreadsheet model and ran those numbers. $57M is a 13% reduction from Q2. I used MRVC's worst (110%) increase estimate in R&D, and assumed NO change in the Interest Income from Q2. To get $0.12 with those numbers, you still have to drop Gross Margin down to between 40.4% and 41.0%. We shall see.
