O.K., thanks for your response, and it is certainly
a consistent position...

I wanted to test if people were also willing to afford
"special" protection to "politically incorrect" persons...

I had expected some people might argue that slave owners should
view their special security requirements as another "cost of doing
business" that should not be provided by the federal government.
This is not to say that the assassination of slave owners
is condoned, or that the terrorist abolitionists should not
be prosecuted, but merely that any "special" protection (beyond
what ordinary citizens already receive) is not the government's
responsibility.
