Thanks leroyt.

Staples has limited retail shelf space and if PMA is going to sit next to Quicken 99, TurboTax, Microsoft Money, and the rest of the personal finance software then BNEZ will have to convince their buyer that it makes good business sense. If they do then they'll order it through Ingram and Ingram will order from BNEZ.

Traditional Distribution:
Vendor --> Distributor --> Reseller --> End-user
BNEZ --> Ingram Micro--> Staples --> Elio

Online Distribution:
Vendor --> Online Disty--> Website --> End-user
BNEZ --> Digital River-> Affiliates-> Surfer

Direct Distribution:
Vendor --> End-User
BNEZ --> Impatient buyers willing to pay full retail.

I hope this helps.

David

Eaxctly Leroy,

Just because Ingram Micro brings it into their stock doesn't mean anybody is going to buy it. They only have thousands of products to sell and I'm sure PMA isn't on the top of their list right now.

Like I posted before,

1. BNEZ has to( and is currently out on the street meeting with the large chains, meeting with the buyers, showing them PMA and how it works) IF these big chains don't see it in person, they aren't going to buy it.

2. BNEZ needs to get out press packets to hundreds and hundreds of publications, TV's shows, Magazines, anything that has to do with stocks and personal investment. Anywhere we can get a review is a major plus to the company.

3. Do some major advertising and possibly rebates on the product in the stores.

The first time around it is up to Dr. Clark and Bnez to generate some of the larger orders to these big chains, that is how the business works.

Nobody knows who PMA is except for a couple hundred people, SO we need to get out and get it into everybody's face, because not everyone is going to want to carry the software in the beginning, that is just common business sense.

BUT, once is starts to sell and generate revenues and the outside sales reps for Ingram with start to say HEY, we have this new product this is selling 30% faster than any other in its class, you need to get some. Remember, these sales reps don't want to burn their customers, they want to sell them product that will sell, not something they will want to return in 6 months.

This is just the reality of it.
