Zeev Thanks for the info!

Yea I wasn't real sure about the book value, in fact I tried to get it from my broker and he couldn't find it! The only data I found was the price to book which was reported as .3 at a stock price of $5.

My major analysis right now is Veba is buying, the price is ridiculsly low, cost cutting measures should start showing a positive effect, and current share holders will be able to get more at about $5 average price.

Close the deal, raise the price, buy more at a low price, Veba could own now as much as 60% ??, semiconductors recover, raise the price, make a lot of money!!!

Ahh what a lovely picture!

It is all a big game, watch the eb and flow of money!

Good luck

Dan

Zeev,

>>>>the number of shares will increase to about 80 MM but the net book value will increase to about $610 MM, and counting $120 MM in losses for the next two quarters, down to $490 $6.125<<<<

Thanks for the analysis. I just couldn't get a handle on it.

Shaking like an autumn leaf,

Bruce
