According to Jack, any and all shares issued after April 23 were not issued legally Whoa, wait a minute, what in the world does that mean? I would imagine the bulk of the stock issued by MTEI was issued sometime after April 23rd. Jack knew from that time on he was issuing shares illegally? Or is he just trying shift the blame to someone else? LT

Some questions... Why were shares were received by family members of: John Christensen: Doris Christensen Patrick W. Christensen Donald J. christensen And to Joseph and Suzanne Gort Also, all those other companies involved in this mess received LOTS of shares, pretty funky eh? Also, what is all that stuff with Canada? There were several documents from Canada with the names of those assorted companies, CSAW, MLJ, Growth International, etc. Canada spells short to me... Were these guys short too? That would really be rotten, them riding it all the way back down too. I wouldn't be surprised. This gets worse by the minute. It would be a shame if, with all this information, and a nice little paper trail, that these bastards aren't brought to justice. It would also be nice to recover the money we lost. Guess we'll have to wait and see...
