Well I'm pretty sure I read that somewhere that they expect approval soon so I must assume that they have the patents pending. Regardless of other patents pending....only one patent will be awarded.....if awre's technology is the standard and no one else has claimed the same technology they should receive the patent. Larrry-----15 7/8 is just another resistance level. My opinion....fwiw, if awre get the patent, the day it's announced it will move so fast through that you won't even see it happen...
