The asks/bids are changing awfully fast this morning. Can anybody with Level II explain what is happening?

Are few of the MM's at the bid/ask so the quotes are not firm. Would that mean that many of them are not in there playing the game. Maybe they are awaiting earnings too?

PURE SPECULATION from my side. I don't even have Level II.

Anybody able to clarify?

>>This is a real disappointment to me- what's the point of spreading out a charge over 3 years if people just ignore it?

Non-cash charges like these don't mean much. Like you say, the Street cares about operating results.

The secondary offering which AMZN filed for will further obscure the losses they are mounting up. What a great company! What a fantastic market for Internet stocks!

The prospectus has been filed according to Briefing.com - does anyone have a URL for a copy of it?
