Unless you are expecting MU will miss milestones, I don't see
any problem with timeframe or any conditions like that when they
invest $500 mil. I would even with 1 mil. INTC must think it's a
good deal for them knowing MU's history.

Still waiting to get back in @low 30s or high 20s.

Managers have already told people this will be the shot in the arm Micron needs -- they DO NOT HAVE THE PEOPLE TO DO THIS, TI, RENDITION, .21 um, SUSTAIN CURENT PROCESSES, AND DEVELOP NEW ONES.

They are sending 3-4 top engineers from R&D to Italy!! 1-2 more (R&D) to Singapore. WHO IS GOING TO LEAD THE TECH ISSUES?
