Bill,

I feel it, some of the shorts are quietly trying to close out their positions. If a significant news item comes out in the next week it could be the trigger of some nice upside action. If if moves above 5 on increasing volume, stand back... the shorts will look like rats running for the exit.
What is the float on this thing?
