>>My $.02 on the CC: IMHO, the Tailwind guy does not know the history of the company or how long its management has been in place. I am not even sure he knows what they do. He is strictly a short term "turn and burn" money wiz, and he is lying about not shorting. <<<

I think Tom Duxbury asked the question that probably prompted the Tailwind guy to chime in. I started laughing when they announced his name. It is probably something like "Kruk" but they pronouncrd it "Crook."

Walter- After his nervous laughter he went on about the shorts. Tailwind may not be shorting but he didn't comment about whether his clients that provably did the majority of the financing might be shorting. I do agree with you that I'm not sure that he knows what they do.I

No surprises in the CC except for 4.4 financing via warrants which was very positive and Ken doing some cheerleading. With our last few surprises , no surprises was actually a welcome change. I thought that it was reflected in todays trading today.

Walter,

Windows 2000, NT release 5 is not expected to be available in some semblance of bug-free running condition until late Qtr. 2, 1999 at the earliest. The final shipping versions (four planned) may not be ready until early 2000.

Walt,

I'm tempted to believe the Tailwind guy. (Maybe it's my nature. <g>) If he is telling the truth, then the shorting is coming from elsewhere. The big question is WHERE? Maybe an even more important question is WHY? Frankly, I don't like it. I was pretty comfortable when we figured it was Tailwind. If it isn't them, it might be one of the other big holders. What worries me is if they try to force the price down to cover, or if they leverage tax loss selling at the end of the year.
