Hi Jim, I can't imagine that the prices of our stocks and funds will go straight up, unchallenged by profit takers (like us!) and other "resistance points." However, the rally back from the bottom and the change in attitude about the market have amazed me. Is there still too much demand and not enough supply?

I find it interesting that your TVR and ACM models - as different as they are from the IW calculations come to the same conclusion. A "library friend" of mine showed me some interesting data the other day from Investor's Business Daily. He's devised a "sentiment" indicator from one of their bits of statistics. I'm going to compare it to the NASDAQ and see how it correlates and report it here. It would be nice to have one more confirmation tool.

Again this time, the Idiot Wave was a bit slow to react by itself, but the combined IW plus the Oscillator clearly showed the market heading for the Low Risk area some time ago. Do you think we're going to have a trading market below previous highs? Or are we on a march to yet higher points?

Best regards, Tom
