I'm comfortable with projections. I expect revenues to be around $205 million and EPS to be between $0.36 to $0.38.

Share count will be a blend of the prior quarter's share count and will include a weighted average increase in share count based on how long Broderbund was part of the entire company.

I'll get back to paulie on the share count and the math so he can get a lesson in generally accepted accounting principles.
