Dave, I haven't had this access denied password problem in quite some time, after being bothered off and on by this for a while. I don't use the frame version of Super Express. I load SE from my local hard drive, then, leaving the password field of SE blank, I click on portfolio or other link to get the Datek log on window. After filling in my user name and password and waiting for the portfolio screen to come up in the new window, I go back to the SE order entry form and fill in the password field. Using this exact sequence has worked for me every time. I hope it works for you.
