This all looks like a giant game of chicken Spidey. Can AZNT stay in business long enough to pursue their strategy or will the gears of justice move quickly enough to force any kind of covering in our lifetimes? Betting on the legal system moving swiftly, even if your cause is just, is, I am afraid the long side of the bet. Should we be looking for more small claims court actions against Michael Sylver with AZNT shriveling from it's expenses and lack of income? I guess he can always hock that canoe.

I hate to change the subject, but would appreciate answers to the following: - What is the chemical composition of the sweetener being marketed by AZNT? From what plant is it derived? Is it patented? If it is, what is the patent number? - If demand should grow, does AZNT have access to enough of these trees to meet it? Are the appropriate permissions from the Brazilian Government in place? - What were the company's revenues and earnings over the last 3 quarters? - How many shares outstanding? What is the float? - In a previous post you mentioned treatments for AIDS and baldness that AZNT was working on. Have any been reviewed by the FDA? - Are any independent reviews of AZNT products available? - Why do so many insiders appear to be selling, per: biz.yahoo.com I hope you don't consider these questions "bashing". I would read through prior posts, but very few seem to deal with the issues that interest me. Steve

this afternoon jeffrey and janice suggest they know where abouts of andy mann. he is fugitive. if he is using another passport and is in country janice and jeffrey must inform fbi of this.
