Gary, What I can offer you in that regard is this, I helped Gary get his records, etc. together to send to the SEC. I saw a lot of that stuff right before it was shipped out. From what I saw, I can say with the highest confidence that he took a severe loss on this stock. Best of Luck, Binder

I have not sold out anyone ... I am quiet because there is nothing to talk about and even if there was why would I want to share DD anymore after the setup and the attempted frame I have just been put through by the internet? I have been before the SEC for 8 hours and I never took the fifth, they have everything on me from bank accounts to trading logs and stock accounts not to mention e-mails, postings and what not ... I did not know what Steven was doing, which apparently, he was selling compensated stock when I was buying on the open market ... I seem to remember other professed on line investors scalping when others were buying on their tout .... My mistakes and why: 1. I did not take compensation for anything nor had any discussions of compensation but I am fully aware of the internet rumor. (Probably should have so most of the witch hunters condemning me would be telling the truth instead of arrogant lies.) 2. I paid attention to naysayers (which most didn't), kept up with the stock structure and rentlessly kept daily track of my investment which like a MORON I shared. 3. I blew the whistle on something I felt was wrong which turned out to be exactly that. ( probably should have just sold and walked away) 4. I started out with a $4.75 AMSC and ended up with a $19.75 (which means I was still buying at $26.00 when on line witch hunters claim I was selling) 5. My family and I are out almost digits because I did not BTS ... should have listen to you Jimbo... I BELIEVED the verification and story (probably should have so the internet witch hunters would be truthful in their posts not to mention be in a better financial position right now and not have lost all my assets because of this stock) 6. I shared my DD on the internet plus I opened chat threads here and tried to increase investor awareness (MAJOR MAJOR MISTAKE which I will not ever do again)(No good deed will go unpunished) 7. I stepped up to the plate when someone needed to in order to give time for the mess to be cleaned up (Again MAJOR MISTAKE) (Again no good deed will go unpunished) 8. I liked certain people which one now is in a SEC suit (Again like NO ONE because you do not know what they are doing) 9. I ended up putting all my eggs in one basket (Against my own advise) 10. Being honest to a fault not to mention spending $1000s of dollars of my own money on DD and verification which like a MORONI shared on these boards ... (Again NEVER going to do that which again no good deed will go unpunished) Now I do not understand why I am still being character assassinated but that is the mentality of the internet then they want to be upset because I no longer post. This was a group verification scenario and now I am the bad guy which I really do not mind because people will have to do their own DD as I have always said and NOT FOLLOW ANYONE. Not to mention some on here being hypocrits that had more vital paperwork than I had when this one was being verified that actually touted this stock worse than anyone. (Which I copied those posts also for the SEC deposition) Well, I guess I will let the internet do its thing setting up those that actually step up and do something instead of whining and crying plus condemning with flat out arrogant lies. Just remember 90% of the information on the internet is false including the accussations and innuendoes of relentless witchhunters also READ the SEC suits and advise of the SEC which I have said till I am sick of saying it. They are looking for the liars. Like Bob Simms said "Nothing is a better defense than the truth." And NEVER EVER trust the information on the internet or follow ANYONE, do your own verification before putting your hard earned money in a stock ... wonder who has been preaching that for 18 months ... and for gosh sakes verify before you post something positive or negative including projected prices of a stock ... Have a verified underlying basis for your posts. You may just have to give that underlying basis one day under oath. Another words CYA when posting and your investment dollars. Back to doing the drafting of a Mechanical system for a building ... Gary PS ... I can't believe I am still posting my innocence but you folks have a good day.
