Pat I just picked it up about 5-6 months ago...Tom Dorsey & Jan are professionals at this stuff... it's very good for non-technical people like me...I threw out ALL other charting devices...i use a sma 50-100-200 in conjunction with P&F... it's been truly remarkable when you begin to understand how to use it...very very reliable...you may be a day or 2 late to the party, but you'll be at the dance for sure... IMO it's more conservative, steady, and very visual for me... i really don't know it that well, but Jan & Wizzie do, so I just head over to the thread and ask ????'s... there are emerging bullish/bearish chart formations that are very reliable in predicting the direction for the stock & its sector... right now...all systems are on a BUY signal...
