To August and All.

I have been trading with Ameritrade for
over a year,but I am now a thoroughly
confused person!
For instance, early on October 29th,
when SVIN was trading at $ 5.-
I submitted a limit order for 3000
SVIN at 4 15/16
As the day progressed I noticed
from Yahoo and Excite stock quotes
that SVIN was falling, its lowest
trade was at 4 7/8, good volume.
Yet Ameritrade never filled the order.
When I enquired they told me that
they checked Bloomberg and the ask
price,according to them,never fell under
$ 5.- So I was not due the fill.
I cannot figure this out, did or did not the
stock sell at 4 7/8?
Could someone enlighten me?
Thanks
Laurens
