paul. i think your worries about the newly authorized shares were unfounded as you seem to now agree. however i do welcome more discussion about the increase in authorized annual options to employees (and likewise, the instant vesting for non-employees).

i still don't like either of these proposals and i haven't heard a good argument for them. yes, they need to attract and retain good talent. but isn't 100,000 enough? what has changed so much that this number now needs to be increased? likewise, what has changed that makes it necessary for directors' options to vest instantly?
