OT: I guess your lawsuit settlement with Chip allows you continued use of imbedded quotes?

Musings over a so so day

Not particularly impressed that we closed below 12. The market makers were not helpful at all (in fact net-net, they had a negative effect) Still, a 5% gain is a 5% gain (and hellavalot better than a loss). Lest you think that I'm pulling out, the answer is niet! I am not very short term oriented and this does not effect me much. If we had closed at say 12.5, then I'd roll over my options and buy another bunch of shares tomorrow. The slow upward trend is a mixed blessing for me as it lets me collect option premiums. Speaking of options...the comdex announcement comes on Nov 16, which is 4 days before the option expiration date :( this leaves me with a bit of should I hold or should I fold with regards to the options. I think I will wait until after the announcement to roll over my option position. I'm only saying this because someone here asked about how to play the option game and comdex. Really 3Dfx should be more considerate and take the financial calendar into account before setting announcement dates :^)
